Frequently asked questions

How do I start my free trial?

Choose a plan on the FitVector Premium screen. Your 1-week free trial starts immediately, and you won't be charged until it ends. Trials are for new subscribers only.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → FitVector → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Premium but it isn't showing.

Open Profile → Restore purchases (or the Restore purchases link on the Premium screen), signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.

How do I move to a new phone?

On your old phone, go to Profile → iCloud backup → Back up now. On the new phone, sign in to the same Apple ID, open FitVector, and tap “Restore my data from iCloud” during setup (or Profile → Restore from iCloud).

Apple Health isn't syncing.

Check iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → FitVector and make sure the categories are turned on, then toggle Connect Apple Health off and on in FitVector's Profile.

Can I change my training split or equipment?

Yes. Go to Profile to change training days, equipment, session length and experience level; your program rebuilds automatically.

How do friend leaderboards work?

Sign in with Apple, share your friend code, and add a friend's code. Only your monthly workout count, streak and total volume are shared.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Account → Delete account removes your account and all server data immediately.

Are the PT test scores official?

No. FitVector scores mock tests using the published scoring charts for each branch so you can train toward your goal. Your official score is whatever your unit fitness program records. FitVector is veteran-owned and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense, DHS or any military branch.

Is FitVector medical advice?

No. FitVector provides general fitness and nutrition information. Talk to your doctor before starting a new diet or training program, especially keto, carnivore or fasting, or if you have a health condition.
